RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you received the items when you bring your merchandise to the store or send it back for an exchange or store credit only! At this time prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is non-refundable.

The following Return Policy applies to in store and online purchases made through www.artloftonline.com.

  1. FINAL SALES: All sales of Gift certificates, custom/special order pieces and items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
  2. For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the merchandise must be returned in good condition and unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all original tags attached and/or in original boxes or packaging and must be accompanied by the original receipt.

RETURN LIMITATIONS

Gift Certificates, custom/special order pieces and final sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange.

Please contact us first through info@artloftonline.com to inquire about returning an item to us. Your order will include a receipt with all items ordered. On your Receipt, circle the item(s) you wish to return.

Securely pack your merchandise and Receipt in a box of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as the shipping cost for exchanged merchandise to be sent back to you. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable.
